Cancellation/Refund Policy

Portstewart Golf Club GENERAL CANCELLATION POLICY

1. You can cancel up to 168 hours before a reservation date.
2. Any payment links are valid for up to 24 hours, after which bookings without payment are automatically cancelled.

4. Full payment is due at the time of booking.
5. In the event of proper notification of cancellation, no less than 14 days prior to the date of play, a refund of 75% will be made. Cancellation 8-13 days prior, a refund of 50% will be made. No refund for cancellation within 7 days of play.
